Thor Gaming invests heavily in original game concepts, artwork, animation, sound and mathematics. This page explains what we own, how partners may use it, and how to report suspected infringement.
Ownership of our content
All game titles, characters, artwork, animation, music and sound effects, source code, mathematical models and supporting documentation created by Thor Gaming remain our exclusive property, protected by copyright, trade secret and — where registered — trademark law. The Thor Gaming name, logo and game titles are our trademarks. No right or licence to use them is granted except as set out in a written agreement with us.
Licensed use by partners
Operators and aggregators who license our content receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to display and distribute the licensed games for the term and territories set out in their agreement. Marketing assets — logos, game art and promotional material — may be used to promote the licensed games in line with our brand guidelines. Assets must not be altered, recoloured, distorted or combined with other marks without our written consent.
What is not permitted
Without our prior written permission, our content may not be copied, cloned, adapted, reverse engineered, decompiled or redistributed; nor may our games, mechanics, artwork or trademarks be used to create derivative or imitation products. Displaying our games or trademarks in a way that implies a commercial relationship that does not exist is also prohibited, as is supplying our content in markets outside the licensed territories.
Respect for third-party rights
We respect the intellectual property of others and expect the same in return. Third-party assets used in our products are licensed for that purpose, and certification marks belonging to testing laboratories and regulators are shown only to identify the bodies that have certified our games. If you believe material published on this site or contained in one of our games infringes your rights, contact us in writing with details of the work concerned, the location of the material and your contact details. We investigate every notice we receive and remove or license infringing material where a claim is substantiated.
